If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Annual (coverage beginning 08/01/2024): 06/10/2024– 07/31/2024
Spring/Summer (coverage beginning 01/01/2025): 11/01/2024 - 12/18/2024
Plan Must be ACA compliant.
Coverage must be valid in Decatur/Atlanta area and up to 50 miles away from campus.
